"KINGDOM IDENTITY...Take off the Mask"

Thanks to all who have been with me on the "Journey through the Song" the last couple of years! I have been seeking God about our next journey and what that looks like. So, in 2019 we will journey into 'Kingdom Identity'. For those not familiar with the phrase 'kingdom identity', it is simply your God-given identity. God put His DNA within each of us while we were still in our mother's womb, and as we discover who we really are and begin to operate in that identity, we will find the incredible fulfillment of living in our delegated reality! Delegated reality...think about it...YOU have been delegated since the beginning to time to live and operate in the reality of your Kingdom authority!!

In the story of Esther, she was the one delegated by God to save her whole people group from death and destruction. But in order to do that, she had to be willing to 'take off her mask' and reveal her true identity.

Like Esther, we have been chosen...we all have a purpose and assignments that will shatter the darkness of this world. Walking in our God-given identity is empowering. It feels good! It gives you confidence no matter what you face.

One of the greatest hindrances to living in your God-given identity is FEAR. Fear of what others will think about you, fear that you won't be accepted, fear of the consequences if you go against the 'norm'. Fear that you might lose something or someone; fear of failure. Do you have fear of any of the things just mentioned? "God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind."(2 Tim 1:7)

Fear comes from the enemy of our soul. The enemy would like us to keep the mask on, because he knows if we take it off we will be unstoppable! Determine to be unstoppable this year!

Prayer & Declaration: Father God thank you that you have made me an original, as unique as each snowflake that falls from the sky. I ask you Lord to show me my God-given identity, and the hindrances that have kept me from my true identity. And I declare Lord that the spirit of fear will not hold me in its grip any longer, because you have given me the courage I need to overcome all fear. In Jesus name, Amen.
