Song of Solomon 8:14

(14) Make haste, my Beloved, and be like a gazelle or a young stag on the mountains of spices.
In this final verse of the Song, there is a cry in the bride for her Beloved to come. She is responding to His cry in the previous verse.
As we come to the end of this year 2018 and to the end of our journey through the Song of Solomon, one things stands out to me... the unbroken communion of the bride and the Bridegroom. It is a communion that reveals the heart, or intimacy, of the two who have become one in spirit & soul.
Her desire is for Him to come quickly to the mountains of spices, or the harvest field. She knows He is the answer and the fulfillment of everything needed. She knows because she has become deeply acquainted with Him and His ways. She asks Him to be like a gazelle or a young stag, coming swiftly and conquering all the mountains of opposition. Her desire is for her brothers and sisters to come into full communion with Him. That is His desire as well.
This is the cry of the corporate bride as we move into the new year; for the One we love to come quickly. This is the dawning of a new day, and He is the one that holds all the answers. He has commissioned us to work with Him in the harvest field, and we have prepared ourselves. "Let us rejoice and exalt Him and give Him glory, because the wedding celebration of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready." (Rev 19:7) He has a body and a bride in the great harvest who have yet to come forth in their identity, and we have the privilege of revealing His love and purpose in their lives. We have the privilege of revealing Him by the power of the Holy Spirit working in us.
Are you ready to reach out to the harvest? The time is NOW and you are a part of His bride that has been chosen to work with Him. I had the privilege of speaking at a small church in Waco this year, and the one thing the Lord spoke during that time was a commission to the body "All Hands On Deck!" It rang loud and clear in my spirit, and is a NOW word for us all in 2019. The Lord, our Beloved Bridegroom, will come...and He is coming for His chosen ones. But He needs YOU to partner with Him. Just say "YES, Lord!" "And the Spirit and the bride say 'Come!'" (Rev 22:17)
