6b) For love is as strong as death, jealousy as cruel as the grave; Its flames are flames of fire, a most vehement flame.

Last week we looked at the Holy Spirit's seal of love upon the bride's heart and ministry. That train of thought continues as the Bridegroom describes the power of the love He is imparting.

This love He is imparting is as strong as death, meaning NOTHING will escape it. His love will consume everything that tries to stand in its way. His seal of love is all prevailing, all comprehensive, and all powerful. As the bride continues to say 'Yes' and yield to His plan in her life, she can be sure His love will overcome every obstacle.

"For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God." (Deuteronomy 4:24 AMP) There are several scriptures that reference the jealousy of God but for times sake I will mention just this one. God's jealousy for us is a pure manifestation of His love. He is serious about having no rival where His bride is concerned. His divine jealousy is as unyielding as a grave, meaning it will conquer and overcome everything else in the life of His bride.

His all-encompassing love is like a flame of fire, a vehement (most intense) flame which is the very fire of God. The flames of this fire will burn up every sin and weakness in the bride's life, and tenderize her heart to be fully His. Another benefit of this flame of fire is to cause the bride to feel what He feels. The Holy Spirit will cause the bride to understand and experience the same thing the Bridegroom is feeling. He wants their hearts and minds operating as one.

The Bridegrooms' love and everything it brings forth is to prepare the bride to live a life free from fear, walking in mature bridal love, and partnering with her Bridegroom for the great end-time harvest. She will be the Bridegroom's reward...a perfect plan orchestrated by God Himself, and implemented by Holy Spirit.
